The main goal of the project is to create a research and development center in which research will be carried out on the threats to the status of an organic product in the place of its production, taking into account the history and surroundings of the field. As a result, a risk assessment system for the contamination of organic crops and organic products with pesticide residues will be developed, which will ensure the proper management of organic production.
